The grant

What is granted is the work

What TEKIMAX grants is the work itself: changing how the business runs and putting AI to work inside it. It runs as a real engagement, our people and your people, on your actual operation, for as long as the work takes.

We learn the job as it is done today before we suggest changing any of it. A tool dropped on a desk by somebody who never watched the desk being used is the most common way this goes wrong, and it is the thing we are trying not to do.

Who it is for

The business with no spare hour

Small businesses, in any trade. The kind where the owner is also the operations manager, the person who fixes the printer, and the one who would have to work out whether new software is any good.

  • You run a small business, and the week is already full.
  • Somebody at the top wants this and will make time for it.
  • There is real work to look at: how an order arrives, how a job gets scheduled, how a bill goes out.

This page sets no rule about headcount or sector, because there is not one to publish. If that description is your week, write to us and we will work out together whether it fits.

The gap

Small businesses are not behind

The case for AI is written for a company with people to spare. Somewhere to run a trial, a budget line for it, and somebody whose job is to work out whether a tool can be trusted with a customer's details.

A small business has none of that, and not because it is behind. Every hour of the week is already doing something. The tools themselves are cheap. What costs is the time to choose one, to wire it into the way orders actually arrive, and to find out afterwards whether it was safe to use.

So the gap is made of hours and help, not of interest. We are not going to print a figure for it here. We do not have one we could stand behind, and on a page asking you to trust us with your operation, a number nobody can check is worse than no number at all.

How to apply

Tell us about the business

There is no separate application form. Use the contact form, choose "Something else", and say in the note that it is about the grant.

Three things are enough to start: what the business does, who you are in it, and the one part of the week that takes more time than it should. A person reads it and replies.
